Most amateurs aren’t missing a position — they’re missing repeatability. Your backswing takes 0.55 seconds, then 0.78, then 0.61. Three different swings wearing the same clothes.
A tour player’s tempo barely moves swing to swing. That’s not talent, that’s a trained clock. And a clock is measurable.

Which is why this test is unannounced. Anyone can produce a good swing when they know they’re being filmed. The point is to catch the swing you actually own.
One good swing is luck. Five is a swing.
“One... two” going back, “three” coming down. Out loud, not in your head.
Wedge and driver get the same rhythm. Only the length of swing changes.
