How export works. Each video reel is recorded straight off the canvas as it plays, so a batch takes about as long as the reels run back to back. Leave this on screen until it finishes. Images are instant. Add a track in Instagram before you post.
Why this exists
The numbers are the hook, not the point.
Nobody posts a spreadsheet. What gets watched is your swing with the skeleton on it, the slow-mo through the ball, your chain lighting up in order, and one number on screen that makes someone stop scrolling. That is what this makes.
Every overlay in here comes from the same measurement the rest of the Lab runs on — the same pose track, the same audio-timed impact. Nothing on screen is decoration pretending to be data.
The rule
If a number appears on your reel, it was measured. If it could not be measured, it does not appear. That is the whole difference between this and every other swing app with a glowing overlay.
